ParcelPath Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your account email and password (passwords are hashed — we never see them), and the data you enter to run your business: deals, properties, deadlines, funding sources, budgets, contractors, tenants, expenses, notes, and photos you upload. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email and the county/state you give us.
What we use it for
To run the product you signed up for: showing your data back to you, sending deadline reminders you can turn off, and sending the newsletter you asked for (every issue has a working unsubscribe link). That's it.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising of any kind. Your deal and portfolio data is yours — we don't mine it, aggregate it for resale, or show it to other users outside the team members you invite yourself.
Who can see your data
You, and the team members you explicitly invite to your organization. Crew members you invite see only the properties you assign them, never your financial data. If you create a lender share link, whoever holds that link can view that report until the link expires or you revoke it.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (our database and file-storage provider) and served through Vercel (our hosting provider). Push notifications, when enabled, are delivered through OneSignal, which receives a device token — never your business data. Connections are encrypted in transit.
Camera and photos
The mobile app asks for camera and photo-library access only when you attach a photo to a deal, property, or work order. Photos go to your private storage space and are visible only under the same rules as the rest of your data.
Offline copies
For offline reading, the app keeps a local copy of pages you've recently viewed on your own device. Signing out clears them.
Deleting your data
Deleting a record in the app deletes it — there is no hidden retention. To delete your entire account and everything in it, email hello@parcelpath.io from your account email and we'll confirm and complete it.
